GARETH Jones AM says "it is a sad day for Llandudno hospital" when referring to proposed service cuts at Llandudno Hospital (Daily Post Sept 29), but surely he can see that he has the power now as a member of Plaid/Labour coalition to protect services.
He should tell his leader IueanWyn Jones (deputy First Minister) and cabinet member to make it clear to Rhodri Morgan that unless there is an end to this stupid idea of neurosurgery services transferring down to South Wales AND a halt to downgrading of local hospitals, they (Plaid) will pull out of the coalition.See the full content of this document
