Summary
I WAS horrified to read that the proposed Mersytram Scheme is to be financed by tunnel tolls. Every year the Wirral commuter has tolls thrust upon them, and this suggestion angers them even more.
Why is a tram service from Kirkby into Liverpool City Centre a requirement? At present there is an adequate train service via the Northern Line, as well as several bus services. Who wants this service other than Liverpool Council?See the full content of this document
