TONY Blair admitted last summer that he had been changing his mind about the Kyoto agreement in the past two years and said we could not expect developing countries to jeopardise their growth for environmental reasons. However our energy ministers in the Assembly have no qualms about destroying the tourist industry of Wales, the fastest growing industry we have which employs 10% of the population and which is worth pounds 2.5bn per annum to our economy.
