I REFER to the tragic deaths of two residents in Blaenau Ffestiniog following delays by the ambulance service.
I cannot understand why the skilled staff at the local community hospital in Blaenau could not assist in such an emergency, as I was under the impression that emergency resources to deal with such emergencies would relocated in every community hospital.See the full content of this document
