Summary
ONCE again, we see a sea of the ragwort weed along almost every road, dual carriageway, A roads and B roads. This insidious and deadly weed is allowed to proliferate along all Flintshire County Council's highways and byways, common land etc.
This poisonous plant, which is a modifiable weed and as such, MUST be removed and destroyed, bylaw, is seemingly ignored by the county council. But if any farmer is reported for the same offence, they will be prosecuted by the same council.See the full content of this document
