IT is appalling that former Education Secretary Ruth Kelly feels she has to send one of her children to a private school.
Whilst Ms Kelly cannot be blamed for doing what she thinks is best for her child, it is disgraceful that she and her successors in office have not been able to provide a public educational system that she considers fit for his needs.See the full content of this document
