FINALLY, the nanny state has got its way and managed to impose a ban on smoking in "public places".
To my mind, pubs and bars are not strictly public. You can choose whether or not to go into a smoky atmosphere and if you want to pump your lungs full of poisonous chemicals, well that's your choice, but I believe a tax incentive should be offered to places that offer properly divided smoking and non-smoking areas for everyone's comfort.See the full content of this document
