I HAVE just read the article in today's Daily Post about the proposed building of 850 "family homes" within the Baltic Triangle and would offer the following comments for consideration.
Let's just work through some simple but pertinent sums. Let's assume that the Windsor Group is successful and manages to sell all the units, that will mean: 850 "family dwellings" with the national average number of children. That's 850 x 2.4 = 2,040 children.See the full content of this document
