Summary
IT was a good weekend for the beleagured non-Premier League local football clubs, with Wrexham, Chester City and Tranmere Rovers (they are local to me anyway) all recording welcome victories.
Chester, of course, will continue to be in dire straits for some considerable time to come and it promises to be a nigh-on impossible task for whoever gets the Tranmere manager's job to threaten the play-off places this season.See the full content of this document
