WREXHAM manager Dean Saunders is optimistic he will have his strongest available defence on duty at Kettering Town on Saturday with centre back Marvin Andrews and left back Neil Ashton set to return.

The duo missed last Saturday's game with York City - Andrews failing a pre-match fitness test on a hamstring strain and Ashton because of suspension - and the 1-1 Racecourse draw saw the Dragons slip further off the early season pace being set by AFC Wimbledon.
