SO the bankers, responsible for the disastrous economic state of the economy, both nationally and worldwide, think the time for remorse and apology should now be over, and that the payment of bonuses should once again be the norm.

That's despite all of the rhetoric from our leaders, namely David Cameron, Nick Clegg, George Osborne and not forgetting Vince Cable, who were all adamant (before forming the coalition) that banker bonuses were a thing of the past.
