Summary

I AM single and disabled and I urgently need your advice. Everything between me and my independent financial adviser was fine until last August, when I pulled out of Scottish Mutual and reinvested, along with extra cash, in a Scottish Widows plan. Because my adviser said he would pass on his commission to me,he arranged for income from Scottish Widows to be paid to him. He would top it up to take account of the commission and then put it in my bank account. Well, the monthly income has never been paid on time. Every month I have to plead for it,and now the adviser refuses to take my phone calls. The last income I received via him was three weeks late, and that was in April. The money is supposed to go towards the costs of my care assistant. What can I do?
