Liverpool celebrates next week its first evert Latin American Festival. The festival kicks off next Thursday and promises to be full of Latin flavour. Highlights of the festival include: Noche Picante (Barfly, Seel Street) Friday September 16, 9pm. The night features the10 ten piece band Merangada plus the Latin Crew who bring their mix of UK/Venezuelan/Cuban/ Hip-Hop flavours to the stage.
