TWO lifeboatmen drowned when their boat capsized as they laid moorings in a North Wales harbour, an inquest heard yesterday.

Keith Allday, 54, and Alan Massey, 37, both from Barmouth, set sail on a routine job to lay a mooring at Fairbourne Creek, Barmouth, in 'atrocious' weather on April 5 last year.
