A CHILDREN'S nursery company has been fined pounds 40,000 and ordered to pay pounds 35,000 costs after a 14-month-old boy had the end of his little finger cut off in a door.
The incident happened at the branch of Just Learning Ltd in Thorpe St Andrew, near Norwich, said a spokeswoman for Broadland District Council, which brought the prosecution under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.See the full content of this document
