FOREIGN workers have flocked to the Merseyside and Cheshire region in greater numbers than across most parts of Britain, new figures revealed yesterday.
All but two local authorities have experienced bigger increases in the number of overseas nationals registering to work than the UK average of 112% - topped by a 525% rise in West Lancashire.See the full content of this document
