TWO teenage brothers were yesterday banned from holding parties following a terror campaign against elderly neighbours in their street.

James Montgomery, 17, and his brother, Paul, 16, invited friends to their home over months in a quiet Southport cul-de-sac, where they would drink alcohol, indulge in dangerous driving and urinate in gardens.
