HOUSING chiefs in Gwynedd have banned plants in a move slammed by residents as "healthy and safety gone mad".
Social landlord Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd (CCG) wrote to tenants in Ffordd Seion, Bangor, asking them to stop putting plants outside their properties in case someone trips over them. They say they have followed advice from the fire service after a delivery person tripped over a plant pot.See the full content of this document
