IF Steven Gerrard is now determined to leave Liverpool, then he has to be valued as highly as Wayne Rooney has been by Everton. Gerrard has more Premiership and international experience than Rooney, is still only 24 and is now regarded as one of the best midfield players in the world so the asking price has to be at least pounds 50million.
