AN INDIAN millionaire businessman yesterday unveiled plans for a pounds 130m development on what is one of the most sensitive sites on Liverpool's historic waterfront.

The corner plot of land at Princes Dock will house a five-star hotel along with 299 luxury apartments and restaurants in what is essentially the doorstep to the world-famous Pier Head and the Three Graces.
