ONE in three Sefton primary schools are forced to serve meals on wheels because they lack kitchens - threatening attempts to dish up healthy lunches, it was claimed yesterday.

The poor facilities would also wreck Government hopes to give every primary pupil a free school meal in a bid to improve their concentration and learning, the Conservatives warned.
