OUR first five years under Glas Cymru have seen a big change in the way Welsh Water is run. Since 2001 we have been a not-for- profit company with a single focus - on doing the best we can for our customers in terms of both quality of service and value for money.
On nearly all counts we are giving much better service now than five years ago. Our investment of more than pounds 1bn - nearly pounds 1,000 for every customer - has modernised large parts of our pounds 15bn infrastructure of reservoirs, treatment works, pumping stations and pipe networks.See the full content of this document
