JOCKEY CLUB officials said yesterday they know of "no basis" for Ladbrokeschief Chris Bell's claim that at least one race a day in Britain is fixed. Bell made the comment in an interview with BBC2's The Money Programme, which is due to be broadcast next Tuesday.
