MULTI-BILLION plans for a high-speed rail scheme in England will not benefit travellers in North Wales who again miss out on vital investment, MPs warned last night.

Transport Secretary Justine Greening gave the go-ahead to a pounds 33.7bn project for a high-speed line from London to Birmingham.
