A SENIOR Wirral Conservative councillor has been accused of bullying one of his opponents during a council debate.

Following the row, the leader of Wirral's Labour Party demanded a written apology from Chris Blakeley, the representative for Moreton and Saughall Massie, who he said had overstepped the mark of normal "political heckling".
