Summary
WHO is responsible for cleaning out the two red telephone kiosks in Lime Street, opposite St George's Hall? They are always full of litter and vomit and surrounded by rubbish that wedges behind them.
Why is it that council contract street cleaners only seem to stick to the main shopping areas of Church St and Lord St and never venture down smaller streets or push their trucks up to the Empire or railway station area where the bulk of the filth lies waiting.See the full content of this document
