Harlequins outcast Dafydd James has signed a two-year deal with Llanelli Scarlets in a final bid to resurrect his international career.

'I played some of my best rugby at Stradey Park and I'm delighted to be coming back,' said James, 29. 'I still have aspirations to play for Wales so obviously returning to a Welsh side was important but especially Llanelli where I have great memories.
