THERE is a dearth of league action this weekend for non National- rated clubs but there will be a handful of rearranged games.
It seems strange planning by the RFU as players had three weeks off over Christmas and now after one Saturday of play there is another gap. Not surprisingly some clubs have been looking for friendly fixtures to gain much-needed match practice. Chester certainly wanted a game but nothing has so far been announced and they may just have to stick to a training routine.See the full content of this document
