NEXT week (June 1-7) is National Volunteers Week. As part of this year's theme 'celebrating and inspiring', I would like to thank each of our 500 Samaritans volunteers across Wales for their fantastic work and commitment.
It is because of our 16,500 volunteers across the UK and Republic of Ireland, that Samaritans is able to deliver a 24/7 confidential, non-judgemental, emotional support service. Without them we would not be able to answer the 5 million calls received every year from people in distress and at risk of suicide.See the full content of this document
