Readers will have noticed how many of our young people carry water bottles around with them wherever they go. I had a young lad sitting next to me in the Cathedral the other day who uncorked a bottle during the sermon and took a little sip. This new habit is to be commended. Doctors say we should drink at least two litres a day.
