FLINTSHIRE-based Saygrove Defence and Aerospace Group has been sold to US firm Triumph Aerospace Systems Group in a multi-million pound deal led by merger and acquisitions specialist BCMS Corporate.
Saygrove, which employs more than 70 people on Catheralls Industrial Estate, Buckley, designs and makes all-electric controls that keep an aircraft in the air and is a key supplier of components to international aerospace giants such as GE Aviation and BAe Systems.See the full content of this document
