MICHAEL SHIELDS looked set to be released from his Bulgarian jail last night after a confession was finally signed by another man.

The Liverpool teenager was given a 15-year jail sentence for attempted murder on Tuesday despite Graham Sankey admitting to the crime at the last minute.
