Summary
THE decision by Conwy Council to close a number of libraries has filled me with dismay. This has come about because CyMAL (a division of the Welsh Assembly) said they were dissatisfied with the way in which the library services in Conwy was being run.
Here in Kinmel Bay we have a modern easily accessible facility which serves a population of approximately 12,000. This library has grown from humble beginnings consisting of two shelf unit in a local hardware store, been refurbished after the fire and continues to be a focal point for the community.See the full content of this document
