FANS held a respectful minute's silence before Liverpool's 3-1 Premiership victory over Blackburn Rovers yesterday to mark the 19th anniversary of the Hillsborough Disaster.

Silence fell across Anfield at just before 1.30pm, as supporters paid their respects to the 96 people who died on April 15, 1989, in Sheffield, and unfurled banners commemorating their "96 Brothers".
