ROYALS fan Jon Keen, vice chair of Supporters Trust At Reading, gives us the view from the Madejski: From the Premier League a couple of seasons ago to 20th in the Championship and managerless - what's gone wrong at Reading? The financial differences between the Premier League and the Championship has meant all the best players have been sold off. John Madejski (chairman) is not putting any more money in either.

It's a completely different club now. Essentially we have a team of kids from the academy. It's not a happy time for Reading fans at the moment. You've not won in five and were soundly beaten 4-1 by Plymouth in your last game, but will playing Liverpool inspire the players to pull off a shock? It was a gutless display at Plymouth. We are at a real low at the moment. We appear to be there for the taking against Liverpool and everyone is more concerned about the league.
