WHEN dining out,my wife rarely has room for all three courses, so usually gives the starter or sweet a miss. So we were particularly interested to visit the Vale of Clwyd's latest restaurant,called, appropriately,Starters. And yes, you guessed it, what you see in the name is what you get.
