ACCORDING to a recent survey undertaken by selfstorage experts, Big Yellow Self-Storage, home owners in Liverpool could make a whopping pounds 421 a month just by clearing away the junk in their spare room, putting it into storage, and renting out the space. That is as much as pounds 5,057 a year.
The storage company, which has just opened a new facility at Mill Lane, in Liverpool, put the idea to Liverpudlians and found that nearly half (47%) said that they would definitely be up for renting out a room to make money and beat the credit crunch, and now is definitely the time to do so thanks to the increasingly buoyant rental market.See the full content of this document
