T WAS way back in 1975 that the Volkswagen Polo made its first appearance. Thirty years on, the model has undergone a significant number of changes, but the values of quality, safety and solidarity that have guaranteed its success, remain the same.

The fourth generation Polo has been around for a couple of years, but more recently VW introduced a couple of special editions, including the Dune, which is the model on test.
