ASCHOOL teacher who earlier this year won a television song contest will be performing his winning song at a major festival. Elfed Morris, 25,who teaches Welsh and English at Ysgol John Bright in Llandudno, will sing the song he composed with lyricist Lowri Watkin-Roberts, from Tregarth, at Venue Cymru in the resort at the North Wales Choral Festival on November 7. A talented singer, as well as a musician who plays the piano, he was last year's winner of the Wilbert Lloyd Roberts Memorial Scholarship at the Royal National Eisteddfod after winning the over-19s song from the musicals competition.
