HERE is a twist on an old favourite that children never tire of as a breakfast treat. Breakfast Dippy Eggs Ing redients 2 eggs 2 rashers of bacon 2 chipolata sausage 1 lg tin of beans 100g cheddar cheese 4 cherry tomatoes 4 slices of bread (toasted) Method 1. Cook the bacon and chipolatas under the grill, turning once. Once cooled, slice the bacon and slice the sausages into circles, cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
2. Pre-heat oven to 200C (Gas mark 7) layer bacon and sausages into an ovenproof dish, pour in some beans and crack the egg on top. 3. Sprinkle with the cheese and place on a tray in the centre of the oven for 10-12 mins, or until the egg is cooked and the cheese is crispy.See the full content of this document
