A MOTORCYCLIST killed on a notorious stretch of road was travelling at only 52mph even though one witness estimated his speed at 90mph - 100mph. Father-of-two Stephen Williams, a keen rider since he was a teenager, died when he collided with a car on the A547 Rhuddlan to Abergele road near Borth crossroads last October 4.
