MOST workers don't trust their manager and believe bosses only have the staff's interest at heart when it suits them, says a new report.
A survey of 1,800 employees by Investors in People showed that eight in 10 believed their manager had let them down. Complaints included failing to provide the support that workers felt they needed to do their job, failing to respond to concerns or withholding information. Sharing information in confidence with another member of staff was cited by over half of employees as the worst possible type of betrayal by their manager.See the full content of this document
