TOM BOWER, who specialises in unauthorised biographies of the hugely rich and powerful like Mohammed Fayed, Richard Branson, Tiny Rowland and Robert Maxwell is being sued in a pounds 5m libel case by his latest subject, former newspaper magnate Conrad Black.
