A DOG seized by police nine months ago after biting two men is to be reunited with its master after magistrates declared they were not convinced that it was a pit bull.

The decision by Prestatyn magistrates came after experts had failed to agree on whether Duke, the dog bought by John McGowan at a North Wales game fair four years ago, was a prohibited dog under the Dangerous Dogs Act.
