HEALTH and safety chiefs have launched a point of law legal action in the case of a headteacher who won an appeal over the death of a three year-old boy.

James Porter, 66, was ordered to pay pounds 20,000 in fines and legal costs last September at Mold Crown Court, after the death of Kian Williams, who fell at Hillgrove private school in Bangor.
