Summary
THE Welsh Ambulance NHS Trust has had to pay out over pounds 1m in damages in two legal claims during the past six months.
The larger of the two payments, of pounds 775,000, was for a clinical negligence claim and the other, of pounds 330,000, for personal injury. In both cases legal costs are still being assessed.See the full content of this document
