A CHESHIRE consulting firm has landed a key contract to ensure the new pounds 20m Leeds-Liverpool Canal extension along the city's waterfront is completed on time and within budget.
Knowles, of Warrington, has been appointed to assist British Waterways with the commercial management of the project, one of many Pier Head developments set to change the face of Liverpool's riverfront.
