In Hidden Houses he visits the Flintshire home of ex-brickie turned building magnate David McLean, along with a couple living the good life on the Llyn peninsula, and an ancestral mansion near Wrexham that's now a dream wedding venue, plus a Georgian mansion built with the proceeds of a lighthouse.
