Summary
Coronation Street (ITV1, 7.30pm & 8.30pm) Poor Chesney, he discovers that Schmeichel's operation wasn't a success, and wants to give the go ahead for further explorations, but it's going to be costly and he and Katie are behind with the rent and the arrival of their baby is imminent. But Chesney loves his Great Dane and can't just give up on him. Meanwhile, Chris drops a bombshell when Lloyd tackles him about his health, and informs the taxi driver that he has been having an affair with Cheryl. Lloyd is devastated, he can't believe Cheryl has betrayed him in this way and doesn't want to lose her.
