Summary
WHILE I never had a lot of time for his Cloud design (it was just a bit too out there for me), I have to say that I am glad that architect Will Alsop has spoken out against the dreadful Mann Island development that was chosen to go in its place (Daily Post, June 30).
I totally agree that Liverpool, and in particular Liverpool's waterfront, deserved a much more impressive piece of architecture than the black blocks we are now stuck with.See the full content of this document
